Did the Pfhor use them? I ask because while reading over the section on the Pfhor Ship on the story page, I saw that all the BOBs were transported to the Pfhor ship by cargo shuttles. Doesn't this seem strange to have to take all the time to round up, load, then move all the BOBs when you can simply transport a bunch at the touch of a button, straight into the holding cells?
I pondered the fact their transporters may not be powerful enough to transport over that distance of space but, as Durandal states:
"I have learned from the S'pht many things. One of them is a complex software enhancement that allows me to extend the power and distance of the Marathon's teleporters. This enhancement also removes the need for destination apparatuses."
Now if Durandal has just aquired these from his new friends the S'pht, wouldn't the Pfhor have had the ability long ago?
