DON'T talk about it with her unless you're going to propose her to be more than friends. And take this in consideration: just because you guys kissed, that doesn't mean she wants something with you.
There's no such thing as a friendly kiss on the mouth. A kiss on the mouth means attraction between both parties involved. How much attraction she feels for you? I hope there could an easy way to answer this, but you can start from here: who kissed who? Was she the one who started the approach or it was you?
Ask yourself: are you really interested in this girl or are you just horny because you kissed her? If sex is all you want, I recommend you banging someone else. Sex ruins friendship. Trust me. Be cool and don't do anything else that might be considered romantic.
But if she is not a close friend, then full speed ahead! Give her something to remember you ;-)
