there are some editors for pc, i know about Obed (level editor for M2 PC) but i dont remember where to get it, possably on the archives. about that UT marathon mod (marathon resurrection ) then there is both single player and multi player (with bots) possible, but it is still in beta so they single player levels doesnt have any monsters. (or did the add anything in the latest beta? i havnt checked )
