I do believe I've seen it before, though not in my system extensions folder... =)
But I also have a extension on my hard drive that makes your computer say "Frog blast the vent core!" during startup. Me and my friend programmed it a few years ago trying to learn how to program extensions. If you're interested, this was the only extension that didn't cause serious irrepairable damage to our....self-confidences. =)
