Yes - and while Marathon is 7 years old, and has been played (usually extensively) by everyone discussing it, Halo is less than a month old, and is untouched by a large segment of the crowd here. If you're going to discuss ANY part of Halo's storyline, it's simple courtesy to put *sp* in your subject line. Get in the habit, and you won't even notice it after a while.
Try to understand that some people want to play this game WITHOUT knowing everything about it... the first post-release Christmas hasn't even passed yet (a time when many will get an Xbox and Halo).
