Uh... Aleph One works with Infinity on the PC (like a charm, I might add).
Download the Windows version on Aleph One at http://source.bungie.org and follow the instructions in the Readme to convert the M-Inf files from your Mac Infinity CD to a useable format on your PC.
It works great for me... email me if you have any trouble :)
