In Response To: Nar (Martin Antell) Hi Martin, There's a nice long discussion of the Nar in the Marathon Scrapbook, written by none other than Hamish Sinclair himself. It shipped with the Marathon Trilogy Boxed Set. I'm not sure if the text is available online anywhere. There's also some info on the Nar in Chapter 1 of GURPS Marathon (my Marathon RPG project) at http://marathon.stormpages.com. Most of the basics come from official Bungie sources, though I must warn that because of the general dearth of information on the Nar I had to expand my description for roleplaying purposes. (Which is to say, don't flame me because it contains "false" information.) Sincerely, -Max Etchemendy |
