HBO made an interesting find yesterday when tracking down info on a Halo Guide by Prima. It seems there is a Halo related book in the works: 'Halo: The Fall of Reach' by Eric Nylund. http://www.randomhouse.com/catalog/results.pperl?author=Eric%20Nylund Eric Nylund is no stranger to sci-fi having written a number of novels in this genre. However here is where it gets interesting. Mr. Nylund is a resident of Seattle, Washington. He has also written game related fiction. Specifically "The Case of the Phantom Prototype" a Paladin Blake Adventure for the Crimson Skies series of boardgames. And Crimson Skies is owned by Microsoft. So Doug Zartman has been busy and no doubt has Mr. Nylund doing a Halo tie-in story. Cheers
