But for vertical sliding doors : like on Marathon, or horizontal ones on Star Trek's Enterprise, the doors : would work just fine, if a little slower - the door doesn't have to fight : pressure. : Now, there could be a safety device preventing you from opening it - and : Durandal IS in control of the doors, so he could be interfering... Moreover, the rush of the air would blast the player into space long before he could hop through and shut it. And even if he managed to hold on to something so as to avoid terminal free-fall, by the time he could force himself through the door, the ship would be de-pressurized. -Datax
