Crossing the Rubicon
Posted By: DefenderDate: 4/27/03 8:06 a.m.

Hello, everyone! Quick question- is it possible to play Marathon: Rubicon through Aleph One on a Windows machine? Someone told me you could play it by getting the seperate map, fonts, sounds, images, shapes, music files and using them with Aleph One, in the same manner as running Marathon Infinity through A1. However, when I do this, I get an error message: "ERROR: Please be sure the files 'map', 'shapes', 'images', and 'sounds' are correctly installed and try again. (error -1)."

"Correctly installed"? What am I doing wrong? These files just have to be in the same directory as the A1 files, yes? No? Can anyone help? Or is it just not possible to play MR in A1? Please help. Thanks.
