Top headline: "Amid Iraq debate, jokesters fry the French"
"Call it, as the French daily newspaper Liberation did Saturday, 'le frog-bashing."

I guess that could be explained as a reference to eating frog legs, but it was just one of those things that jumps out at you. If it were a French Canadian newspaper, I'd really be worried. It seems they could almost have actually used "blast" as a foreign-styled expression for "bash".
