Interesting Reading...

(I've searched all over the forums, and haven't exactly figured out how I could possibly search the Story page, so if this has been mentioned before, Bite me. : ) )

Here's something that might tickle your interest...
if anyone remembers, a little while back, around the time Rubicon:Xaarim was released, another scenario was released, called Marathon:Futility. Wasn't a bad scenario, not ground-breaking or overwhelming great either.

But the point is, it used some text from a (Pretty old) book by Stephen King, called "The Gunslinger". Now, "The Gunslinger" is actually a pretty neat book (To all you literary geniuses out there who started going "Pht!" at the mention of Stephen King). It's not blatantly Marathon related, (Actually, probably the other way around, considering it was released in 1989) but there are many things that feel similar...
Think the Moo dream terminals, particularly.

"Oddly , this is familiar to you, as if it were from an old dream, but you can't exactly remember... " : )

Service With A Smile: ),
