	Secret 3X recharger in Rubicon Beg, Borrow & Steal

	Looks like I missed one in the Rubicon Secrets Guide. To be fair, the location of a shield regenerator is shown clearly on the map in the Spoiler Guide, but it is definitely hard to find! The 2X rechargers are out of the way, but fairly easily found by exploration. This 3X recharger is well-hidden and well guarded, but definetly helpful for the start of the next level - if you can manage to make it back to the exit point with 3X shields! This certainly qualifies as a secret by almost any definition. I'll give everyone a few days to find it if they havent already, before I add it to the Secrets Guide.
