What makes a scenery object solid? | ||

I'm curious, what makes a specific scenery object solid (i.e: you can't simply walk through it)?
While editing much of Rubicons scenery, I've found that some allow this, while others don't. How can I modify a specific scenery slot to be flaged as impassable? I haven't found a way to do it with Anvil, hakvil, Forge, or otherwise.
Any suggustions?
