: Checking on http://marathon.bungie.org/story/levelcredits.html reveals that
: the only corrections are to "Arrival" (Greg and not Jason) and
: Reginald DuJour being the coauthor of "Unpfhorgiven" instead of
: "Pfhor Your Eyes Only".

According to Greg Reg did all the Pfhor levels except "Pfhor Your Eyes Only...". Jason did this one which is why we see it again in M2. However I know Greg had to fix up alot of Reg's maps. Jason may have helped out too. So you could say they were built "By Committee".

If memory serves Arrival was started by Jason and finished by Greg (or the other way around) either way they were both involved in it. You can tell by the map design itself. Jason and Greg have pretty unique styles and traits.
