Correct me if im wrong (good possibility) but the rampancy "cycle" isn't really a cycle. Its stages. I've often heard of durandal being refered to from what he did in certain stages, things that he was no longer doing, even though he was thourouly rampant. So what does "There will be no more Sadness. No more Anger. No more Envy." mean?
1. she's past the stages.
2. she found a way to stop or prevent the stages
3. OR she'd just messing with our minds using some retorhical thing
