| In Response To: Re: UEG-UESG-UESC? (Locucious) Perhaps the United Earth Government agreed to form a new Space Government when it could no longer maintain the domestic needs of billions of people and the needs of a rapidly expanding outer space presence. And isn't it only logical that a space government be run by a space council? Therefore, its perfectly plausible that the UEG spawned the UESG which is directed by the actions of the UESC. The bureaucracy (of any species) should never be under/overestimated.
