	In Response To: salmon herb and teryaki (Tru7h) Now i am going to challenge myself to make this Marathon related... : preheat oven to 350F Preheat Oven to 350 Pfhors : take pan, place aluminium paper over it so you wont have to clean it Cause burned Pfhors can be messy : place precut strip of salmon in pan, pour 1tablespoon of extravirgin olive : oil (other forms of olive oil will do) place precut strip of flickta´s in pan, pour 1tablespoon of virgin female Pfhor oil (oil from other races will do) : liberaly sprinkle citrus fine herb spice (can be purchased at any store) liberaly sprinkle citrus fine Sph´t shield (For sale in any store, Cheap) : pour teriaky sauce over the whole (spread it with the spoon) pour teriaky sauce over the whole (spread it with the Fighter staff) : place in oven for 12 minutes : enjoy! : *cooking time is aproximative* : -Tru7h : -cooking is much easier then Kraft wants you to believe so... wich recepy is better? :-)
