In the end Chad contacted me and I sent him the SNs. At least one must have worked, because I haven't heard from him since then.

So, if anybody else is caught in this situation -- lost SN, Bungie don't reply -- contact me.

I'm making this offer only to people who need SNs to play Marathon or M2. Don't ask me SNs for anything else. And mail Bungie first.
