Are you sure? AFAIK Unreal uses RAVE not OpenGL. Are you sure you have all necesary extensions enabled?
OK, this is what you want to hear: reinstall the OpenGL libraries. Also check that you have the latest drivers for the 3D card. Finally, rebuold the desktop and zap the pram.
