Exactly. This is arguably the most serious, intellectual, progressive, and lively forum currently in the community. It reminds me of the glory days of M.org, which were sadly coming to an end by the time I arrived. This Story Page forum was the right thing at the right time and I applaud Claude and Hamish for creating it.
I don't think that my response was (too) out of line; I was just trying to put the guy in his place, just give him a swift kick to know that that kind of trash talk doesn't jive around. I thought that if I could shame a coward, I could remind him of his responsibilities of a man...and as a forum contributor. This was done in order to protect the sanctity and environment of this forum, and I apologize if anybody was offended by my previous post.
Otherwise, I hope that many of you feel the way I do and respect my reasons.
