Fixing something that isn't broken??? (m1a1)
Posted By: granny smithDate: 4/26/02 9:23 a.m.

Hya, just wanted to open a debate about the possibility of fixing marathon one in the form of m1a1. Two things that really bugged me about m1:

Shake Before Using: Secret term (durandal): Last screen:

"he Phfor" should be "the Phfor"

and,

There were also some 'misaligned' door textures in one of the phfor levels, but I can't remember which one now! The one with the walkways over phfor goo, and save terminal near the start (after a drop i think). Those textures just didn't look right and survived into m1a1!

But should these 'fixes' be implemented? I'd be happy if REB doesn't have time... but should they even be implemented in the first place? Are there more type-o's, whatever???

Oh, and one more thing (non m1 related):

Phforaphobia:

term hidden in wall at start (dubug term???, was that ever supposed to be there?)

Apart from that, wow! Everything I wanted, and more... ;-)
