Aleph originally comes from the size of sets of numbers and in terms of game engines, Aleph Null would refer to the original Marathon engine.
If your advanced engine is built on the original Bungie source or the community Aleph One source, you might pick Aleph Two.
Personally, I think I'd pick something more distinctive. "Omega" might be too… finite, but you could always dive into heavy math theory and look for a concept that implies "complicated" and "next". Or, cardinality and the Aleph notation were defined by Georg Cantor, so maybe something derived from Cantor? Or, the concept of Continuum Hypothesis? Now I'm just pulling terms from Wikipedia.
Just my thoughts.
