Doom 3 portal rendering | ||

To make an advanced Marathon engine, I could take from Doom 3 and Aleph One. Doom 3 and Aleph One are both GPL licensed. Use Doom 3 portal rendering with polyhedron shaped rooms. The rooms are convex polyhedron. Don't use BSP trees, use directed a cyclic graph. Use mathematical planes to find portals and point in polyhedron. Collisions with capsule to capsule and capsule to triangle. Made it with Unity, but I'm looking at OpenTK and object oriented programming.
