First of all, Mask of the Third Man sounds to me like the name of a movie or tv show I'd like to watch. And it's probably anime.
Anyway, I assume that the bodies are different, but if I played that game, I would want green eyes on a male body. Or maybe different colors to express different things, like bright red for rage, or dimmed white light when being peaceful, green could indicate night vision is being used... but I digress. As I said, I don't play that game.
