I don't think it was added. I have played AOPID on both Normal and Major Damage and it isn't there in the builds I played. I'm pretty sure Mandalore added the line as a joke since he's fighting skeletons. It's like the Conker's Bad Fur Day Great Mighty Poo gag I did with the oozes in the PID Tour of Duty albeit in the media I would have preferred using instead of badly photoshopped screenshots.
