CapsLock not working in Infinity

CapsLock not working in Infinity

CapsLock won't toggle swim/run in infinity.
Yes, I changed it in the preferences. I've always done that. Other changes I did to the controls in the preferences did work.
CapsLock did work for run/swim in M1 redux and M2. AND MY KEYBOARD WORKS FINE AS YOU CAN SEE.
I just downloaded Infinity from bungie.source.org
Any ideas on how to fix that?
