So I ran into a bug

NO save from 'Icy Radiologist' would work, I had to use the previous save, and finish the entire level.

The save on the level after that seems to be working correctly (I only tried opening, it did open, immediately quite the game.

I've only been playing one or two levels everyday after lunch. Still enjoying this fun nonsense scenario.
