One about PiD and Minotaur (the latter not shown), and another featuring PiD and the alpha version of Marathon.
From MacWarehouse Vol. 68 1997, there's an offer for a free copy of Marathon Infinity if you bought a 12x CD-ROM drive. (The cover also mentions that you could get Marathon 2 free with any purchase.) The 1998 issue available on the site linked below lists Myth: The Fallen Lords as an available game and again offers Infinity for free, this time with any purchase.
