MI Time Jumps

Hey community,
I could have sworn somewhere on this page (or maybe the Reddit thing that happened a number of months back with GK?) I saw a comment from GK about what was causing the time jumps in MI. In the comment GK states that the time jumps are a direct result of Jaro tech interacting with a sentience. I don't believe in the comment it was clear whose sentience was cause this, The Security Officer, Durandal, the W'rknacanter, etc. Does anyone know what I am talking about? Was this a dream I had about some of my questions around this series being answered? Thanks in advance for your help!
