The CD Audio Tracks

Do you prefer them, or the original QT2 tracks?
(also, why isn't there an option to use these in the Aleph One part? They're first party, and it seems like it'd be nice to at least have it as an option...)
FWIW, here's my opinion.
Splash: I'm torn. Overall it's nice to have the higher-quality synths, but there's something I don't like about the solo in the middle that I can't put my finger on.
Landing: Don't like it. The bass ostinato feels more aggressive than the original, and as a result it doesn't feel as atmospheric.
Leela: This one is fantastic. Feels like the music from a Halo game (in more ways tha one, given the way elements from this track were reused in the Halo series).
Freedom: This, too, is an clear upgrade, with a lot more character than the original, making me wish it played in-game.
Fat Man: Hmm. I kinda like both versions.
Flippant: I'm kind of on the fence on this one until it gets to 0:53, at which point I'm in.
Rushing: I like it, but I wish they hadn't taken the melodic section down an octave; I liked it better in the higher register for some reason.
