No, it's just a very bad joke about the map's name, Confound Delivery. It's a reference to Dan's rant, which is a long dead meme and even then it was very obscure anyway as the Merrie Melodies episode was long before most people's time, including mine. I only found out about it when someone made a reference to it as a joke for another animated series, which is how it really became a meme in the first place. I dare not reveal what series that was.
I only posted the screenshot I took making the joke here on the offchance that someone might get it. I think Hokuto did but I'm not sure.
