I just read it for the first time ever (I went in thinking there was going to be a lot more of it than there is), and it confirms that Leela was rewriting history; however, it specifies that it's human history she's muddling, not the pfhor.

And the captain is on the boomer with all the Bobs in stasis? That is interesting. And... the pfhor attack started on July 1, but the MADDs were activated on July 6 and the rest of the entries are marked for that day until 2801, insinuating the SO got there five days after the attack started? That does not gel with the manual text.
