Splat'ers (1991 Paintball Mac FPS)

Dunno if someone else already brought this up here, but I've had Splat'ers on mind again and dug up the HG101 article. (The site moved to a new format a while ago; this article hasn't been transferred yet, so archive it is)
It's a paintball simulator where the ketchup and mustard teams capture each other's flags and shoot each other until their heads detach, spin around, and get stuck on their own groins. I'm thinking these guys aren't entirely human.
I bring it up here for two reasons: the amusingly Security Officer-like helmets, and the mouselook which predates Marathon by three years. However, it sounds like it doesn't work the same way (the author of that article mentions having to align their head and body), so I think Marathon still deserves credit for laying the foundations of modern mouselook.
