If you're in a DIY mood, you might find Hopper's terminal utilities useful:

That's what created the online-viewable terminals here:

https://www.lhowon.org/terminal/marathon-2

It's also easy to view most terminals in the game using the console. The only ones you have to do the work for are the completion/failed ones. Something like this:

> Players[0].activate_terminal(Terminals[0])
