I'm not 100% sure this works on newer Macs, but if you right-click some applications, you'll see an option to 'Show Package Contents'. This will open a new Finder window that allows you to look inside the Application's contents. The Mac version of Aleph One keeps all of the most important files inside the directory Contents/Resources/DataFiles - inside there should be another folder titled 'Plugins'. Just drag all the Plugins you want inside this folder - I believe they can either be zipped as packages or unzipped as folders, and either way they should work.
