Just double-click them. They're sort of compressed files, but instead of dumping direct to your hard drive or whatever, something akin to a CD/external disk shows up instead with the file(s) on it. In this particular case, you can probably just drag-and-drop the files from there to your hard drive.
On a bit of a tangent: is this an Intel machine or a PowerPC? This makes a great deal of difference in what older games you will be able to play.
