My definition of a Total Conversion is a mod that goes beyond being a mod or levelpack by having 100% new assets and is not set in the game's canon.

Excalibur: Morgana's revenge meets both criteria, I believe (if the magnum and fist weren't changed, we can let the definition flex a little), and that short-lived Erodrome.
