Question about Box Set.

Hello everyone. I was at a thrift store and found a Marathon Trilogy Box Set for $5 sealed. I knew about the Marathon games having played a bit of the Xbox 360 release so once I saw it SEALED for a fiverr then it was a no brainer.
But... I'm having trouble finding much information about it. I think it's a limited edition or something? I tried searching (how I found this) but all I really could find was a few YouTube unboxing videos.

Was just wondering is this rare? I'm thinking so since the lack of information I'm able to find about it.
