I considered this! But it still seems a bit off that he would address us as if we were also not down on Lh'owon - unless we actually aren't down on Lh'owon.

Oh, yes - I would never dare to claim a definitive understanding of any but the most straightforward Thoth terminals. XD But that particular phrasing does seem to suggest that Thoth is sending us to the S'pht'Kr directly - and while they could have already gone down to Lh'owon to fight, they're only just arriving now, so it seems equally possible to me that they're all still on K'lia and that's where we meet them.
