IIRC, Leela says that he's in the Angry stage as of Couch Fishing, but I don't think it's ever explicitly stated precisely when he enters the Jealous stage. My personal interpretation is that he's Angry when he writes his punctuation-free "screw the man!" terminal in The Rose and his "Read Me file accompanying a Wolf3D level pack made by a 14-year-old and uploaded to AOL" stuff in Blaspheme Quarantine, and that he's Jealous in his much more lucid and purposeful appearances after that. I do see the Angry stage as equivalent to human adolescence, and I'm not convinced that Tycho ever got out of it.
