Even if there are multiple timelines, the general consensus on how they relate to each other has Despair, Rage pt2, and Envy as forks of each other. Despair is the root and original version of one timeline, Rage pt1 visits and then abandons a completely different timeline that ends up too much like M2 did, Rage pt2 returns to the Despair timeline and forks it a little differently, then Envy steps back just a bit and forks that yet again. So most of what happened in Despair is in the past of Rage pt2, and that and most of Rage pt2 is also in the past of Envy.
