The Jjaro came to Earth to deal with the dreaming god in PiD, so I think we can assume it's something connected to that.

I'd think Pthia would have more in common with Thoth, with the balance thing. The human AIs, and their tendency to go Rampant (we never meet or hear of a single one that doesn't at some point in the story), suggests a lack of balance, making it seem to me that they are related to Yrro rather than Pthia.
