D'oh. Well then...
(How those two merged would be a good question to ask the writers)
Putting aside the issue of how they got into the Sol System in the first place, do you think that Pthia's remains might've been the basis for the human-coded AIs? I'd like to think that it'd give them a bit more significance plot-wise.
