No wonder I couldn't find it, thank you. My Steam friend had tried to find it in his LP without any luck too. I don't know where he heard about it but that's how I heard the rumour.
It must be like the now debunked myth of having vacuum levels in System Shock 1; where you "supposedly" put on an EVA suit and go outside the space colony, even though it's just an empty skybox of scrolling stars.
