To celebrate, there's a new Levels section on Lhowon.org, with level maps and other info for 7 scenarios and 7 net packs. Links to the Story pages and Tour of Duty threads are provided for the levels done so far.

Also relatively new is the Speed Runs section of the Lhowon.org leaderboards. Tour of Duty always took the scenic route, so why not try the quick path for a change? You'll need to use Aleph One 1.2, and follow the instructions in Preferences > Internet > Stats.
