It kind of looked like that was a toned down version as reward for surviving the first two. Nice work, especially with the Hunters. That lower room was reachable in the 'plot level' by collecting all of the uplink chips from the greys, by killing them in a non-exploding fashion; I'm sure I was a something or other that points things out, at the time!
Re all third-party scenarios: wow you guys have like the next few years mapped out!! Do you want to go to Italy next, indeed :).
