It's by a guy named 'John Wallin Liberto', according to MBO. There are three Security Officers in the picture, all firing off their guns - two of them seem to be strapped onto the ceiling or something, and the closest one is dual-wielding SMGs (?) and blowing away what looks like a Pfhor of some kind. It reminds me a little bit of this:

Anyways, the one we're discussing makes me think a good bit of either Co-op Gameplay, or the new Survival gametype, which proved to be a real blast, in my opinion.
