Ain't got time pfhor this... distraction?

in the first terminal in Inge Ferroque, Durandal tells us:
: The S'pht and I have assumed complete control of the Pfhor
: ship. It was quite simple, really, with the S'pht already in
: control of every important computer system and considering all
: of the confusion you caused blasting your way up and down the
: vessel.

so maybe the two 'filler' levels (Eupfhoria and Ain't got time pfhor this) are just that: Durandal using us as distraction while he takes control of the ship?
