Thanks for pointing this out. Unfortunately, we are probably going to have to live with some minor differences between 1.1 and Marathon, particularly in monster AI. We're going to finish beta 3 very soon and then make the decisions about what differences are tolerable with between Aleph One 1.1 and Marathon.

If there are still things broken in beta 3 that someone feels strongly about, a good way to help get it fixed is to create a very simple map in Pfhorte that shows the problem.
